I’m a former parachutist turned recreational Olympic weightlifter and Computer Science student. I’ve been training casually for the past 5 years and have spent about 2 years training under a Weightlifting coach.

For the most part, I voraciously consume fitness literature and review fitness products that are out on the market. I try to summarize them based on their ideas and what they offer so that people don’t get cheated by paying for a shitty product.

My numbers are 100kg/125kg and sitting at 80kg.
